$33,026.17 default judgment obtained today for a deserving client that was injured in an automobile collision. He was stopped for a pedestrian in a crosswalk when he was rear ended causing neck and back injuries. The court also awarded money for his property damage and loss of use of his vehicle, along with costs, interest, and attorney fees.

$425,000 settlement reached today! Congratulations to a wonderful and deserving client injured at a casino. Keep in mind if you are injured on someone else’s property, they have insurance for that!

A recent appearance at the 2023 Prom. This week I settled a premises liability case where a client was injured due to a spill at a fast food restaurant that caused her stool to slide. The store had conducted sweeps searching for spills but had walked right past this particular area multiple times without checking it, letting the hazardous spill remain on the floor. My client ended up in the hospital. Happy to settle another case for another deserving client. She will not pay out of pocket for any of her care.

$100,000 settlement for a client that fell in a grocery store on a very recent spill. She was walking through the store and looking at items for sale when she slipped and fell injuring herself. An ambulance took her to the hospital. The defendant would not pay the claim initially so our team filed suit. I hired an expert engineer to test the floor, and also determined that the grocery store deleted several camera angles from their surveillance system. Now they are paying the full medical bills plus a substantial amount for pain and suffering to my client.
