Whew. The week after spring break has been busy, but productive. 3 separate days, 3 different Courts. Started with a Not Guilty verdict, got an emergency custody secured for a client, then finished today with the Judge ordering a second round of attorneys fees for my client in a civil case.

When your child makes you a bracelet, and you get a Not Guilty verdict the first time you wear it to court…it’s a lucky bracelet! FYI she will be selling these soon, and a part of the proceeds will be donated to the CASA of the 16th judicial district. Let me or Jenna know if you want one. There will also be other items for sale.

Some office staff have tested positive for covid. To err on the side of caution, neither Jenna nor I will be in the office for the rest of the week.
