👏 Big kudos to Kim Donovan and Julianna Kinnear at Acrisure Title Rockwall!

Some transactions require a little extra patience, persistence and teamwork, and this was definitely one of them. With an investor buyer, an out-of-state hard money lender and a seller signing with a POA, there were plenty of moving pieces.

When the buyer and lender side took an extra day and a half to get signed and funded, Kim stayed late two days in a row to help keep things moving. Through it all, she was patient, gracious and committed to getting everyone to the closing table.

Hearing this feedback from agent Jeanna Jackson, who continues to trust Kim and Julianna with her clients and listings, makes us incredibly proud.

Rockwall’s median list price is currently $575,000, with inventory increasing to 639 homes. The greater DFW market has a median list price of $440,000, with inventory remaining steady.

Both markets continue to show a slight seller’s advantage. Homes are spending a median of 84 days on the market in Rockwall compared with 70 days across DFW.
