My passion has always been design and architecture. From a very young age, I have known my career would somehow be tied to homes. In the beginning, I worked as an interior and landscape designer. During this period, I worked on many unique projects including a boutique hotel and multiple celebrity homes. My design work brought me into the world of “flipping” and that ultimately drove me to a caree
r in residential real estate. My diverse exposure provided me with a wide range of experience that has enabled me to blend my passion for property, design, and architecture. After years of working in some of Los Angeles’ premier neighborhoods and intense real estate market, I have a depth and breadth of knowledge in conventional and unconventional transactions. I am well versed in short sales, trust sales, probates, 1031 exchanges, VA, FHA and jumbo loans. Additionally, I represent both buyers and sellers with extensive experience in residential real estate including condos/townhomes, single family homes, residential income properties, and new construction. I provide a level of attention and service to my client that is second to none. As an agent, I combine the technology of today with the work ethic of the past. I take a vested interest in all of my clients and treat them as I would my own family. I work honestly and respectfully while helping my clients filter through the heaps of information out there to ensure they are able to make the best decision for them. However, what truly defines me as an agent is what I bring outside of the real estate transaction. I bring my expertise in visualization and space utilization, helping my clients see the hidden potential of each property. I help my clients see their dreams, so they can purchase the home that will bring them the most value, both emotionally and financially. I find it extremely rewarding to help people find a place to call home; a sanctuary that brings them comfort and peace at the end of a long day.
