Au pair agency seeking LOCAL coordinator!

Lots of you know we have had au pairs for the last few years, and we love the program so much. We've met the most amazing women and I have four bonus daughters 💗!!

Typically, the au pairs meet with a local coordinator (within an hour) of their home, but thus far, our program has been running with a coordinator who is out of Texas (who is amazing, but I digress).

If you are community-oriented, organized, enjoy cultural exchange, and would be interested in supporting host families and au pairs locally, the Local Coordinator role might be for you. The role is flexible and part-time, making it a great opportunity for stay-at-home parents, educators, community leaders, or anyone passionate about international exchange and mentorship. Turning judicial selection into a statewide election—whether labeled partisan or nonpartisan—almost inevitably brings large campaign spending and political pressure into the process. We’ve seen this play out in other states, like my home state of Wisconsin, where recent Supreme Court races more than $100 million in campaign spending for a single seat. Much of that funding came from national political groups hoping to influence who would decide future cases.

That kind of environment raises real concerns about how judicial independence can be preserved.

Whether you ultimately support or oppose the proposed constitutional amendment on the August primary ballot, I hope you take time to learn about the issue and the current system. Talk with others about it. Ask questions. And vote.

On August 4, 2026, I'll be voting to preserve our current system, instead of turning judicial selection into a political circus. Strong words, but I have strong opinions about this.
