e firm in Clay County. We work with both Buyers and Sellers, and pride ourselves on offering all clients three things: Knowledge, Service and Results. Our agents each have many years of real-world, hands-on real estate experience; they are pro-active and self-motivated, and already know the ins-and-outs of the business. Our Seller clients love us because we conduct an impartial analysis of their property before we list it, to determine the property's current fair market value. With that in-hand, we then recommend a listing price (recognizing that most Buyers will expect the final sales price to be something less than the full listing price). We also discuss with our Seller clients any steps we feel they should take to enhance the value of their property prior to listing it. Our Buyer clients love us because we have our collective "finger on the pulse" of what's going on in the local real estate market. We excel at analyzing data from a variety of sources, in order to locate those properties which best meet our clients' search criteria. And -- because we're familiar with local building codes and ordinances (especially on Lake Chatuge and Lake Nottely, both of which are TVA lakes) -- we're happy to answer their questions and offer advice which will advance their interests.
