We are honored to represent the family of Nickenley Turenne and to fight for justice for this young man whose life was tragically and unjustifiably taken far too soon.

Family and advocates of Nickenley Turenne, 24, are still calling for justice and pushing for further information about his death to be released five months after he was killed while running from police officers on Dec. 6, 2025.

Kazarosian Moccia Partner Marc Moccia at the Mass. Bar Association's Leadership Academy Graduation Day!

The Massachusetts Bar Association held a graduation ceremony for the 2025-26 class of the MBA Leadership Academy on Monday, March 9, at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston. The 18 graduating Fellows completed nearly six months of educational programming, with sessions focused on Public Speaking, How to Organize and Run a Meeting and How to Chair a Committee, Mentorship, and Practical Tips and Civility. Massachusetts has officially released new Child Support Guidelines, effective December 1, 2025!

We are proud to share that Kazarosian Costello LLP Partner Marc Moccia played a direct role in this important update. Attorney Moccia was one of only four practicing attorneys statewide to be appointed to the Child Support Guidelines Task Force by the Chief Justice of the Trial Courts.

Attorney Moccia and the Task Force worked throughout 2024 and 2025, undertaking a comprehensive review of the previous Guidelines, analyzing data, and considering feedback from judges, attorneys, and the public, as part of their efforts to make informed recommendations of updates, and changes that impact child support payors and recipients throughout the state.

We're honored to have contributed to this effort and to bring firsthand insight into these new Guidelines to our clients and the community.
