At Brown and Goldberg, PC, we will help you navigate do's and don'ts post-accident, and one "don't" is posting on social media. Everything from TikTok dance videos to innocuous-sounding posts such as "In an accident today but we're all ok!" can be used by insurance companies to deny or devalue your personal injury claim. Ask friends and relatives to remove or refrain from using personal tags.

Also be cognizant of being photographed or filmed, as this woman from Ireland learned the hard way! While her case was deservedly dismissed, don't let out-of-context media bring challenges to your case.

We are looking for a part time office worker in our Haverhill office. Most likely 20-30 hours per week but we are flexible on more hours for the right candidate. "Mother's hours" would be ok.
