Hattiesburg Area Young Lawyers Association The Hattiesburg Area Young Lawyers Association (HAYLA) is the local Young Laywers Division Affiliate for Forrest, Lamar, and Perry Counties in Mississippi.

HAYLA is open to any lawyer who lives or works in Forrest, Lamar, or Perry County and who is 37 years old or younger or has been admitted to practice law in Mississippi for less than three years.
