Consistent use of Facebook may not be our specialty but litigation is. Nelson Law attorneys successfully tried a complex commercial dispute and obtained a favorable jury verdict for all damages sought in Jones County Circuit Court. After a lengthy appeal, the Mississippi Supreme Court recently affirmed the jury's entire award.

Congratulations to former Nelson Law attorney Judge Brad A. Touchstone and his wonderful family on this tremendous opportunity. We are grateful for Judge Touchstone’s service as Lamar County Court Judge and know he will serve the 15th Circuit Court District with integrity and honor.

Today I appointed Brad Touchstone to serve as 15th Circuit Court District Judge.

He has a long and distinguished career in the legal field, and I have no doubt that he’ll continue to make a positive contribution in his community in this new role.

Last week, our founder Mark Nelson, along with co-counsel from Caves & Caves of Laurel, obtained a unanimous verdict for over $448,000 in a complex commercial dispute. The verdict concluded a four-day jury trial in Jones County. Congratulations Mark on a successful trial and a job well done!
