Attorney Pierce Fiala was elected to the Nebraska State Bar Association Executive Council as the 6th District Representative this past week. The Executive Council responds to rule revisions proposed by the Nebraska Supreme Court and makes recommendations to the NSBA House of Delegates concerning policy matters and legislation.
