Hello Facebook friends! Some of you may already know, but we are excited to announce we have expanded our operation to now include our newest collection of townhomes, IvyBrook Townhomes! This property neighbors our existing property, CedarBrook Townhomes on New Halltown Rd. These townhomes are a mixture of 2 bedroom / 1 & 2 bath including all of the luxurious amenities of all of our existing properties.

We are in the process of building our 2nd triplex which we anticipate completion by May 2025. These units will feature approximately 900 sq. ft. of living space, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a walk-in shower, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, W&D hookup and wood floors throughout. Units will be $1,250/month which includes any maintenance fees, quarterly pest control and on-site dumpster for trash. No smoking, no pets, no drama :) !! I have included a video of the first building to give an idea about the layout and design (first building had 2 bathrooms).
