For those of you who are unaware of what we do at Jeanne-Buys-Houses, we're a LOCAL business from the Hartselle, AL area and we aim to help people who are either having difficulty in selling their houses for whatever reason, whether due to financial hardships, decline in health, career relocations, divorces, or are just tired of managing the house's upkeep and would like to move on from their current situation. Although we live in Hartselle, we cover most of North Alabama.

What makes us different from other businesses like ours who mostly advertise by placing "bandit" signs at various street intersections? We're local and care about our community and want to help our neighbors and friends. Many of those businesses that place their "bandit" signs all over are out-of-state investors who will never meet with you in person, they'll send numerous strangers to your house, and make low ball offers taking advantage of people in difficult situations. I know this because this is what I'm hearing from people who have called and dealt with them.

We love to help people and enjoy offering them an opportunity to make more money off of the sale of their house by not having to pay to fix up their house first or pay commission fees. We enjoy working within our community immensely. We love meeting new people and being able to offer them a variety of options to choose from regarding selling their homes and optimizing their profit.
