SOLD | Congratulations, Addison!✨
From asking ChatGPT to help her find a Realtor… to officially becoming a HOMEOWNER at only 24 years old!➡️
Congratulations to Addison Borger on the purchase of her new home at 85 Chatham Lane in Red Lion!
This closing is extra special to me because Addison's story represents so many things I love about what I do.
First, seeing someone at only 24 years old make the decision to purchase a home and begin building something of her own makes me incredibly happy. Homeownership is a HUGE accomplishment at any age, but starting this young gives Addison such an exciting foundation for her future.
And then there's the way we met…
She literally researched agents with ChatGPT, and I was the Realtor it recommended to her.
Still crazy. Still VERY cool.
It also reminded me of something important: the work we do for people today can help someone we haven't even met yet decide whether they can trust us tomorrow.
Every client I've helped. Every review. Every educational post. Every question I've answered. Every resource I've put online. Every effort to genuinely take care of people… it all matters.
Because apparently, even AI is taking notes.
Addison, thank you for trusting the recommendation and, more importantly, for trusting ME once we connected. It has been such a pleasure helping you through this process, and I couldn't be happier to officially say:
CONGRATULATIONS, HOMEOWNER!
Here's to your first home, building equity, making memories, and making some seriously smart moves at only 24!
85 Chatham Lane | Red Lion PA
ChatGPT recommended the Realtor. Addison chose me. And now she's a homeowner.
