Attorney Aaron Martin recently secured a permanent injunction on behalf of a client against the District Attorney of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The injunction protects Mr. Martin’s client from criminal prosecution under a provision of Pennsylvania’s Educator Discipline Act.

On November 16, 2022, Julia Parrish of Mette, Evans and Woodside delivered a presentation to the South Central Chapter of the PA Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals at the Penn Harris Hotel.

The presentation focused on how tax professionals can advise and assist their clients to prepare for estate planning and administration. Beginning with an overview of what is estate planning and administration, Julia explained how to identify client need, and ways clients can prepare for either the estate planning or estate administration process.
