Williams is the managing attorney and founder of Williams Law Group. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Williams Law Group handles all phases of criminal defense in Pennsylvania state courts for adults and juveniles, including:

Attorney Williams has served her community for more than 20 years as a volunteer legal advocate, helping wrongly convicted prisoners with proving their innocence and obtaining judicial review of their closed cases. She has always demonstrated a passion for representing marginalized communities. In her final semester at Widener Commonwealth Law School, she volunteered as a Certified Legal Intern with the Lehigh County Public Defender’s Office, representing juvenile and adult clients. Williams clerked for the Honorable Maria Musti Cook, York County Court of Common Pleas, where she concentrated her legal research and writing in the areas of search and seizure laws, criminal appeals, and post-conviction relief. After her clerkship, Ms. Williams worked as an Assistant District Attorney in York County and later as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in Franklin County where she prosecuted hundreds of cases at every stage of the criminal judicial process.
