40 hrs of continuing education complete and license renewed (early even!) Forgot how much I dislike any kind of book work. This time of year is when you really start to notice those drafts and cold spots! I have now added Thermal Imaging to my inspection repertoire! Camera can tell me right where your energy dollars are going!! Call me before you list or buy and get that inspection!

If there us 1 thing I love during my Inspections😒🙄 it's getting small and slithering down dark, creepy crawly harboring crawl spaces entangled with spider webs. I will do it but I sure don't have a smile on my face while. Might be a little twitchy afterwards for a bit too

This last weekend I performed a PRE- sale inspection in La Crosse (yes I'm licensed in Wisconsin) and these sellers have received multiple offers on there house. Now this couple can get right to selling this house without the worry of a hang up on the inspection. I was recommending PRE sale Inspections last year and I am again this year!! With every inspection I do I tell myself I'm gonna get some "content" for a social media post...everytime that never happens, that explains the lack of posts lately. During my Inspections I typically don't focus to much on cosmetic features of a house because they are just superficial problems that are easily fixed. 20 yrs of being in the trades sometimes things are just worth discussing, so when I see shotty workmanship like this baseboard on this inspection it's just a reminder to the buyer that there are DIYers like this individual that may try and install a water heater or a dishwasher or even do a little remodeling hiding all kinds of issues. Call me and let me find these hidden gems!!
