🚜 Buyers Looking for Property in the New London & Hannibal Area 🚜

I currently have several active buyers looking for property in Northeast Missouri:

✅ Building Lot – Looking for a residential building lot in or near the New London area with utilities available. Two buyers.

✅ 80± Acres – Seeking a recreational and hunting property near New London. Buyer would prefer some income-producing acreage such as crop ground, CRP, or pasture, but quality hunting habitat is the primary goal.

✅ 20–50 Acres – Looking for a tract near the Hannibal area with a nice pond or lake and utilities available, suitable for building a home or cabin.

✅ 60 acres Pasture ground near Monroe City Mo

If you have a property that may fit one of these buyers' needs, or know someone who does, please contact Chris Comer with Pioneer Land Company.
