Since its adoption in December 1999 the mission of the Ophelia Steen Family & Health Services Center is to provide vital care and services to residents in the City of Hammond, Indiana and surrounding neighborhoods.

Our purpose is to offer valuable services by providing information, resources, activities and programs to engage, educate and help support the needs of the community enriching our ne

ighborhood and its residents.

The Ophelia Steen Family and Health Center is 501 (c) 3 non profit. All cash, in-kind and professional service donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
