How clean does the house need to be? Here’s your answer ⤴️ Now, if you have a certain allergy or maybe the home was smoked in — you can try to ask (negotiate) for a professional cleaning or carpet shampooing.
What condition does it need to be in? ⤴️ It should look about the same as when the buyers viewed it, minus personal items.
Typically (subject to change) buyers view the house again 48 to 24 hours before closing. With schedules it can be more or less.

Animal fears? Request pets be taken or secured during showings.

Have pets? Look for places that are fenced or can easily be fenced and check COVENANTS/restrictions to confirm they allow the animal of your liking.
