My very busy, small Hamilton, NJ law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Receptionist. Law office experience is preferred!

Duties include answering phones, speaking with clients, physicians, and insurance companies, preparation of correspondence, medical record review and organization, and general clerical duties including filing. Attention to detail and able to multitask is a must. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience
