Robert Ramsey is an attorney whose practice concentrates on the defense of attorneys and judges in professional ethics matters. His practice also maintains a focus in the defense of complex drunk-driving cases. He is the author of the principle text books on New Jersey drunk-driving defense, and the defense of attorneys and judges in disciplinary matters.
Mr. Ramsey has been admitted to practice in New Jersey for 43 years. He is the best-selling author of New Jersey law books published by Thomson-Reuters, having written 12 of them dealing with a wide range of legal topics.
He is also the founder and senior instructor of Garden State CLE, an accredited provider of continuing legal education instruction in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Ramsey attended Seton Hall University Law School. He is a cm laude graduate of Rider University where he also received his Master’s in Business Administration in 1998. He anticipates receiving a doctorate degree in education in May of 2024 from Rider.
