As of August 11, 2025, there’s now a total of $44,949,337 available for loan reservations — but funds are limited and go FAST!

🏡 For a limited time, CHFA is offering the Time To Own – Forgivable Down Payment Assistance Loan to help cover down payment and closing costs for eligible first-time homebuyers.
