In observance of Memorial Day, Massey Law Office will be closed today as we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

As families and friends gather this weekend, please make safety a priority. Please do not drink and drive. Plan ahead, use a designated driver, call a rideshare, or stay where you are.

Massey Law is growing, and we are hiring for our newest location in Cullman, Alabama.

We have several positions opening across the firm, including a Receptionist and Paralegal position at our new Cullman office and some at our Guntersville office. Due to our growth, we have already received a large number of applications, and we are grateful for the strong interest in joining our team.

At this time, we want to remind applicants and the public that we are seeking candidates with a strong legal background. Ideal applicants should meet at least one of the following qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a legal setting or paralegal position
A paralegal certificate
Current enrollment in law school
Acceptance into law school
A clear plan to attend law school

Experience with Clio software and Alacourt is strongly preferred.

This is a competitive position, and we have seen a significant surge in applicants. Because of the importance of the work we do and the level of care required for proper case management, we will only be moving forward with applicants who meet the qualifications listed above.
