Every person filing in Alabama will have to pay a Notary Public to notarize their signatures on the marriage certificate. Our notary fee to come to your location 7 days a week is $50.

Every person will have to purchase a money order or cashier's check and send a self addressed, stamped return envelope (and, often, additional forms) to the appropriate probate court to receive their certificate. (about $3).

So, Bama Weddings has pivoted into the role of providing Alabama wedding documents, fee payments and notary services for anyone in the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, Foley and Perdido Key area. We can handle all of your Alabama marriage documents so that all you have to do is sign and relax on your special day. We are available 7 days a week.
