Let me tell you a little story…

Sometimes God places people in your path for a reason and challenges you to guide them correctly, sometimes testing your own character along the way. 😉 Because the easy way is not always in the best interest of your clients.

I recently received a client who was looking into purchasing a land/home package through a mobile home company. These deals can be great when the circumstances are right, but in this case, the client was going to be charged an extremely high interest rate (almost double the average rate)and that was just not setting good with my sole.

While searching for land to put the home on and making offers on two different properties that ultimately did not work out, we had many conversations along the way. During that process, I introduced him to Lender, Tyler McCaffety, who has been a tremendous asset to several of my clients.

In less than two months, we were able to work together to improve his credit enough for him to qualify for a great loan with a much better interest rate. Instead of settling, he and his family were able to purchase a home and property that already fit their needs perfectly.

Today, we closed on that property.🥳

It took time, patience, and teamwork, but the savings over the course of a 30-year note will be tens of thousands of dollars. Not only that, but the quality of the home and property they received was doubled while their monthly note went down almost $500 a month!
