This one is a perfect example of what happens behind the scenes in real estate.

We hit the market & quickly received 3 different offers, went OVER LIST PRICE & everything was moving along so smoothly… until it wasn’t. 😅

That’s when the real work started.

We jumped through more than a few hoops, got creative when we needed to, made more phone calls than I can count, worked through every obstacle that popped up & spent plenty of time reassuring everyone involved & keeping those stress levels as low as possible.

Because getting a property under contract is one thing. Getting it all the way to the closing table is another. ❤️

And WE MADE IT! CLOSED! 🏡🔑

I’m incredibly thankful for both the sellers & buyers for trusting me to help navigate this new journey for everyone involved. There were moments that required patience, problem solving & a whole lot of communication, but seeing everyone make it to the finish line makes every bit of it worth it.

The day starts early, runs from showing to showing, listing appointments, inspections, phone calls, negotiations, & somehow you’re still answering emails & doing paperwork long after the sun goes down.

Real estate isn’t a 9-to-5 job. It’s early mornings, late nights, weekends, & doing whatever it takes to get the job done for my clients.
