I’ll always hold this one a little closer. I had the privilege of helping my wife’s family sell their grandparents home. This was a home that they all grew up spending a lot of time in. As bittersweet as it was, it’s nice to see it going to a family that will take good care of it and raise their own family in!

Big congratulations to two very special friends of mine!

After 30 years in the same home, they took the big step of selling the place they’ve called home for three decades and purchasing a new one to start their next chapter.

It’s always an honor to help friends through such a big transition, but this one was extra special. There are a lot of memories, emotions, and quite a few “are we really doing this?” moments that come with leaving a home after 30 years. 😂

I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to be part of the process on both the sale and the purchase.

Here’s to new beginnings, new memories, and an exciting next chapter! Congrats Chris and Bonnie!
