After repeated requests for DNA testing, the results came back which proved my client's innocence. Today he walks out of jail a free man after spending 14 months in jail for a crime he did not commit.
In August 2024 my client was arrested. After his case was "parked" in state court for 5 months the DOJ indicted him in federal court. An indictment procedurally provides limited means to challenge your arrest and detention. This is proof of how easy it is to secure an indictment.
