06/11/2026 - (Grenada County) - Another satisfied customer!
Client came from social gathering and took the Grenada exit to stop at gas station. Officer pulled him over alleging that dispatch received a call from a RANDOM person saying a vehicle (fitting client’s vehicle but DIFFERENT tag info) was driving “erratically”. Officer, who trailed him for a short distance, admitted NOT seeing client driving erratically. Despite using his signal to pull over, officer gave him citation for “failure to use signal” because client got back into traffic lane (trying find a part of road he could pull over on). Officer said he smelled alcohol and called in other officers to investigate.
Client called us. Our advice: “Let’s take it to trial.”
Result: Case DISMISSED
Just because you come from a social gathering where alcohol is served and have a drink or two, doesn’t mean you driving under the influence.
