In lieu of flowers, the family requests sock donations in his memory
Alex had a rather large sock collection and was never without his funky socks—bright patterns with his courtroom suit or tall, wild socks with his shorts.

These donations will be distributed by the Junior League of Fort Smith to local organizations serving those in need, including the Community Rescue Mission. The socks can be dropped off at the memorial services or JLFS can accept donations delivered to their headquarters at 311 Garrison Ave Fort Smith AR 72901

It is with deep sadness that we regret to inform our clients and the legal community of the passing of Alex Andrew Gustafson. Alex passed from this world on December 6th, 2025.
