I’ve been following Ryan Serhant since 2013, back when he jumped into a pool at an open house and made real estate feel a whole lot less predictable. 😂🐐

I remember thinking, finally… someone who understands that marketing doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s.

Fast forward 13 years.

I just filmed a listing video where I got into the hot tub in my dress because apparently all those years of watching Ryan rubbed off on me. 😂

And now I’m at SELL IT ’26 and the launch of SERHANT. Colorado, with my husband beside me and my new BOSS right there.

Full-circle doesn’t even begin to cover it.

My second kid just left for college, and as one huge chapter of my life was changing, another one opened.

Divine timing? I think so.🙏🏻

My husband said it best: “SERHANT. came into your life at exactly the right time.”

It gave me something new to be excited about — new people, new ideas, new goals, and a reason to dream bigger again.

Ryan inspired me years ago to stop being afraid to do something different.

To have fun with the marketing.
To take the idea that sounds a little crazy.
To make people stop scrolling.
And to never confuse professional with predictable.

That’s why SERHANT. feels soooo right.

From watching Ryan jump into a pool…
to me jumping into a hot tub in a dress…
to helping launch SERHANT. Colorado.

I am so Incredibly grateful for this full-circle moment. 💙🏔️
