Selling a home starts well before it hits the market. Sometimes the smallest updates can make the biggest difference in attracting buyers.
Every home is different, but I often recommend strategic improvements like decluttering, staging, rearranging furniture, or a fresh coat of paint to help a property show at its very best.
Here's the before and after of one of my upcoming listings!
