Buying your first house feels exciting… but also stressful at times. There’s pressure to find ā€œthe perfect home,ā€ time the market perfectly, and make all the right financial decisions.

But after helping many buyers through the process, I’ve realized a few things matter way more than people think:

āœ… Don’t stretch your budget too thin
āœ… The perfect house probably doesn’t exist
āœ… Location matters more than trendy finishes
āœ… Your first home doesn’t have to be your forever home
āœ… Waiting for the ā€œperfect marketā€ usually backfires

Most importantly:
You don’t need to know everything before getting started.

Having the right guidance can make the process feel much less overwhelming — and a lot more exciting.
