🏡 If I could go back and give my younger self advice before buying a first home… here’s exactly what I’d say:

Buying your first house feels exciting… but also stressful at times. There’s pressure to find “the perfect home,” time the market perfectly, and make all the right financial decisions.

But after helping many buyers through the process, I’ve realized a few things matter way more than people think:

✅ Don’t stretch your budget too thin
✅ The perfect house probably doesn’t exist
✅ Location matters more than trendy finishes
✅ Your first home doesn’t have to be your forever home
✅ Waiting for the “perfect market” usually backfires

Most importantly:
You don’t need to know everything before getting started.

Having the right guidance can make the process feel much less overwhelming — and a lot more exciting.
