More exciting changes are on the way for Greenville!

Sam's Club was announced last night by Mayor Jerry Ransom and the Greenville City Council with striking a deal to build a new warehouse store next to Gamescape… tremendous work by our Mayor, City Council, City Manager Spurlock, City Staff and the board members of the Greenville Board of Development who worked for years to help bring great projects like this to the citizens of Greenville, Texas….

Well that happened fast!

9 years ago today I became a licensed REALTOR® so that I could still work full time while having a schedule that offered more flexibility than what I had in my position at that time. It was not an easy decision to walk away from a 17 year career and position that I had worked so hard to achieve, but it is a decision that I have never regretted.

Some days I feel like I live in my car. Some days I'm working from my laptop at my child’s sports practice, some days I feel like my phone never stops, but everyday I love what I do.

I am eternally grateful for my husband and family - I couldn't do it without their constant help and support. I will always be thankful for my fellow agents who have taught me so much and continue to do so everyday. I am blessed to be surrounded by so many that choose community over competition here in Hunt County. Most importantly, thank you to all of my former (and hopefully future) clients and friends that have supported my business and allowed me to have a career that I love. It means the world to me!

Here's to many more years, many more closed deals and many more new relationships!

🏡 August 2026 Hunt County Housing Market Update!

The latest numbers are in, and the Hunt County market continues to show some interesting shifts:

📈 Median Sales Price: $283,825 — up 2.3% from August 2025
🏠 Active Listings: 878 — down 11%
⏳ Average Days on Market: 116 days
📊 Months of Inventory: 6.7 months
🔑 Closed Sales:140 — down 4.8%

While homes are taking a little longer to sell, median prices are still higher than this time last year and inventory has tightened.
