Such a preventable crash. Thankfully, this tractor-trailer did not tip over onto an innocent motorist. How in the world could this have happened?

Here's a glimpse into the human stories behind the tragedies of trucking crashes. Kudos to the Truck Safety Coalition for sharing and bringing attention to the enormous, unspeakable losses families suffer at the hands of negligent trucking companies.

On the morning of April 9, 2012, as Scott Arrington rode his motorcycle to work in the right lane, a truck driver crossed two lanes from the left and hit Scott, killing him by blunt force trauma to his head. Scott's death was absolutely preventable. Our prayers are with his wife, Pina, and his family.

While a complete investigation needs to take place, this motorcycle crash on SC-183 near Cedar Lane Road, sounds like an absolute tragedy that didn't need to happen. Our hearts go out to the family of the deceased.

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said it is responding to a motorcycle crash on Friday.

A "street takeover", as described by law enforcement, is highly illegal and a potentially extremely dangerous event- that could cause severe injury and wrongful death. If you see this type of event occurring in Greenville, call 911 immediately!

When a family member dies an unnatural death caused by the negligence of a careless person, its called wrongful death under the law.

The surviving family is forced to live with the fact that their beloved mom, dad, sibling, or child died unnecessarily and wrongfully - its a painful and permanent thought that never goes away.

We've been there for numerous Greenville families on their Journey to Justice to hold wrongdoers accountable for the harms and losses caused by wrongful, unnatural death.

So many of the cases were preventable wrongful deaths of a cherished beloved mom, dad, or child. These cases are often complex, incredibly emotionally difficult, and they take time. Justice done right takes time and effort.

Greenville wrongful death lawyer Thomas Creech is here to help in your time of need. Contact us for a free consultation today.
