Rolfes Garvey Walker & Robbins is Hiring a legal secretary!

Rolfes, Garvey, Walker & Robbins is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented legal secretary to provide administrative and legal support to our attorneys. This full-time position involves working closely with lawyers, clients, courts, and other professionals to help keep cases and office operations running smoothly.

Qualifications
• Prior experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or similar role preferred, but candidates with strong administrative experience will be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in legal studies or office administration is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort working with legal practice management or document management software, such as Adobe, Quickbooks and time management software.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and a commitment to client confidentiality.

Schedule and Compensation
• Full time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.
