Months ago I met with some friends to sell their house. Their daughter had a little section in her room painted with a handprint (it was done probably about 10-12 years ago) and they asked if I wanted them to cover it up. I told them to leave it as it personalizes and tells a story and it would be really easy for someone to paint over if they wanted to.

We closed that house today and my sellers met the buyers and told them about the handprint. The buyers said their little girl loved the handprint and they are planning to add her handprint next to Rebecca's. It gave my sellers and I chills to know that we were selling their home they raised their family in to a new family who was super excited to now raise their family in it.

And this is yet another reason that I love what I do!

Did you know that if you are offered a relocation package from your company you will likely be able to use the agent you would like? They just have to agree to the terms of the relocation company and you would still keep your relocation benefits.

Happy first day of spring. Even though the temps today were a little chilly, the pollen in the air tells me it is spring!
