Yesterday after a few years of working together a new homeowner "was born" 😅😆

Nah, but for real, my client released the biggest exhale ever and said "I finally did it"

He started looking in 2020.. y'all remember the torture that time was in real estate right? He got EXTREMELY frustrated (rightfully so) and took a break to regroup, do some fun stuff, fall in love & get focused on the goal.

In Dec we were backup on a property that they were in love with... I'm talking checked 11 of the 10 boxes and they ultimately didn't get the house.

A fewv weeks ago I'm looking through MLS & saw one that was a bit over budget and a bit over priced...I called and said
"Hey, I need you to take a breath, hear me out & let me know if we can get this in your comfort zone, would this property work? Think of distance, size, and condition"
Dude immediately said "I CAN'T PAY THAT!"
I of course went back "joker, you on't listen! IF WE CAN GET IT IN YOUR COMFORT ZONE WOULD THIS WOR-KUH"
"H yeeeeah, what you mean"
😆😅😆🤣

Long story short, short story long.. he got it

Things come up, life be lifing, and priorities shift, but with the right team working FOR you, you can win. We got creative, made some adjustments so that the buyer AND seller won.

It's gonna be a little (well a lot) weird not talking to folks I've spent more time with than my own momma over the past year.

I'm mad hype for them.

Where do I want to live?
How many bedrooms / bathrooms do I need?
Will the house fit my family?

October is and today I got my annual squeeze.

My grandmother was a survivor and so it's super important that I get regularly checked. (it ain't fun) a few years ago a had a lil scare and so the anxiety that creeps up when I have to go is REAL.
