Margaret Rowlett recently renewed her appointment as a notary in North Carolina and was very impressed by the efficiency of the Guilford County Register of Deeds where she renewed her oath. We are pleased to announce that Robert Hodgman's certification as a specialist in the practice area of workers' compensation law has been renewed by the North Carolina State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization. He was originally certified in 2000 as part of the first class of specialists in NC workers' compensation law. Fewer than five percent of attorneys in our state are certified as specialists. Board-certified attorneys must have their credentials renewed every five years.
