The responsibilities of a Realtor vary greatly. Your primary responsibility includes communicating via in-person, over the phone, and email to potential clients. Educating clients on the current real estate market situation, helping clients find their dream home, helping clients determine the value of their home, assisting clients with all necessary documentation related to a real estate transaction, answering all questions your client may have, and resolving any conflicts that may arise during a real estate transaction.
While a real estate license is not required to apply for this position, you must obtain a real estate license before you can officially be hired. To obtain a real estate license, you must complete a real estate licensing course from an accredited real estate school and pass a national and state licensing exam. Our team will assist you with this process.
The McCray Real Estate Group provides great value for both new and experienced agents. We have a competitive cap and commission split. We also supply other resources to get your real estate career up and running!
