My two Cents: I hope that none of you ever allow your Realtor to use Cell Phone photos to market your home! Professional photography makes a difference. You have a right to Top Notch marketing in every detail- and that should be the Realtor's expense not the Seller's. Doesn't matter what price range you are selling. I'm ranting because I just saw a property take a $60,000 price reduction... and I look at the photos and they are terrible!! That agent should get a professional photographer. End Rant.
