Title Closing for a first time home buyer….
Mom and son walk in the room. Son is about 10 yrs old and real quiet. (I can tell he’s nervous)
Mom is super sweet and they are holding hands throughout the whole closing.
It takes about an hour, but we get through the closing and I hand her the keys to her new house and her son starts crying (hard 🥺 ) and tells his momma how proud he is of her finally buying a house because she’s worked so hard for it.
And ALL the tears roll as I walk out so happy for them!!!!!
