𝟐𝟔 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. 💙

Looking at these two business cards and photos side by side reminds me just how much has changed since July 2000.

Recently, I was reading 10𝑥 𝐼𝑠 𝐸𝑎𝑠𝑖𝑒𝑟 𝑇ℎ𝑎𝑛 2𝑥 and completed an exercise about the biggest turning points in my life. Without a doubt, opening Home Team Lending was one of them.

Back then, I wasn't just starting a business—I was building a business around the values that mattered most to me.

✅ Putting relationships before transactions.
✅Creating systems that made the mortgage process smoother.
✅Staying connected with clients long after closing.
✅Being active in the community I love.
✅Believing that great service would always matter.

Over the years, the logo has changes. The office has changed. The technology has definitely changed. 🙂

But one thing hasn't.

My goal has always been to treat every client like family and help them make confident home financing decisions.

I'm incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted me, every Realtor and business partner who has referred me, and everyone who has encouraged me along the way.

That quote happened to be hanging on the wall behind us at today's closing, and it couldn't have been more fitting.

Last year, Sarai attended one of my Homebuyer Classes to learn about the homebuying process. This week, she officially became a homeowner. 🏡🎉

Her journey was made possible through a gift of equity from her mom—a beautiful example of how one generation can help the next build a stronger financial future while keeping a cherished family home in the family.
