I have two one bedroom units coming available the first week in January. The building is secure, has on site coin operated laundry, is close to grocery stores and Touro College. We do not accept pets. You can get an application on the website: www.klinkerapts.com.
They both rent for $825 per month with a $825 deposit. Rent also pays for heat, water and garbage. There is a $50.00 background check fee. The phone number is on the website. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
