Our work is hard, but rewarding.

We love to buy up dilapidated homes and turn them into quality rental properties.

Sometimes these homes are vacant.

Sometimes they have families living in them, paying rent in a home that should be considered unsuitable for living.

We recognize the lack of quality housing in our community, and are doing our part to restore what can be restored so more housing can be provided.

We don’t take shortcuts either. We want each property to be restored properly so it can provide housing for future generations.

The following property had good exterior bones, but the floor joists were completely rotted due to moisture at its location. We will go back with treated floor joists so that even if moisture occurs, this won’t happen again.

Sometimes people forget that landlords and property owners are just people too—people with families who are simply working to provide for the ones they love.

Our company is owned by two local families. Between us, we own other businesses and work other jobs. Residential rentals aren’t a get-rich-quick business; they’re a long-term investment that requires a lot of time, effort, and care.

Many days, it’s incredibly rewarding. Providing safe, quality housing and helping people find a place to call home is something we’re proud of. Other days, the lack of communication can be discouraging enough to make us wonder if it’s worth continuing.

If you’re planning to move, please just let us know. There are many people looking for housing, and with good communication, we can usually find a new tenant without unnecessary stress for anyone.

If your rent is going to be late, please answer our call or text and be honest with us. We’re much more likely to work with someone who communicates than someone who disappears. Most problems can be worked through when both sides are willing to talk.

At the end of the day, we’re all just people doing our best. We’re committed to providing quality housing and serving the community we all live and work in. All we ask in return is a little communication and mutual respect.

Rent is $800 and includes all utilities, high speed internet, access to a laundry room, microwave/mini fridge, and furnished.
