Aanestad Law is a Nevada County based husband and wife Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate Law Firm. Erik and Tiffani, and the Aanestad Law team, are dedicated to helping individuals and families protect themselves, their loved ones, their assets and their legacies.

Serving the communities of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley and reaching down into Auburn and over to Yuba and Sutter counties, Erik and Tiffani strive to create a warm atmosphere where dialogue surrounding difficult issues can take place. As Erik and Tiffani have taken on financial and health issues with their own loved ones, they are passionate about equipping families and individuals with the right tools to plan for the future.

With four daughters, Erik and Tiffani define the meaning of family by teaching their children about serving others and appreciating their deep roots within the community. Working with various non-profit organizations while practicing law, this husband and wife team continually desire to give back to a region which has blessed them!
