🌟 **Meet Noely!** 🌟

If you’ve ever called or stopped by our office, chances are you’ve already met **Noely** — and probably left the conversation smiling. She is the first face you see at Albers Law and for the past 8 months, Noely has been our **Legal Assistant** and **Receptionist**, but truthfully, she wears many hats here. Whether it’s greeting clients with warmth, tackling case-related tasks, or jumping in to help a teammate in a pinch, Noely is the kind of person who just *makes things happen*.

💬 **Why we love her:** She’s quick to lend a hand, always has a kind word, and has a sense of humor that keeps even our busiest days lighthearted. She’s the glue that helps keep our office running smoothly — and she does it all with a smile.

Noely fuels her mornings with a Horchata Latte (plus one shot of espresso) from Chocolate Covered Creations ❤️. When she’s off the clock, you can find her curled up with a good book — she’s even building her own little library at home. She’s a loyal fan of Grey’s Anatomy, Suits, and Friends, and she never misses a chance to celebrate an office birthday. From thoughtful gifts to team lunches (thanks, George!), she loves any excuse to make her coworkers feel special.

Outside of work, you can find her relaxing and reading, exploring new coffee spots, or enjoying quality time with friends and family.

We’re so grateful to have someone as dedicated, kind, and versatile as Noely on our team. She’s not just a coworker — she’s family. 💙

🎉 Meet Lorri – Our Determined, Compassionate Caseworker 🎉

Lorri may be one of the newer faces at Albers Injury Law—having joined us just 8 months ago—but her 20 years of experience in the legal field shine through in everything she does. From the moment she joined our team, she hit the ground running and hasn’t slowed down since.
She’s an absolute machine when it comes to keeping clients updated, organized, and moving forward with confidence. Whether it’s a complicated case or a client needing extra reassurance, Lorri shows up with a calm, no-nonsense attitude—and always with heart. Her superpower is determination, and we see it in action every single day.

She’s the kind of team member who doesn’t just do her job—she owns it. If there’s a challenge in front of her, Lorri finds the best path forward and makes it happen. She doesn’t wait to be told—she just knows what needs to be done and does it with grace, grit, and care.
What inspires her work? Her own life experience.

“I was divorced with three kids at 20. It was a bad one—years of court dates. I wanted to help others who had to go through the same thing.”

Though she wound up in personal injury and workers' comp instead of family law, that heart for helping people through hard seasons hasn’t changed—and it shows in every client interaction she has.
When asked what makes our workplace special, Lorri said:
“The people. You have to work with good people to enjoy your job. No one wants to get up dreading going in to work each day.”

We couldn’t agree more—and we’re so lucky to have her as one of those “good people.” Lorri has become an essential part of our office family. She’s strong, thoughtful, steady, and sincerely committed to doing the right thing—for the firm, for the team, and most of all, for our clients.
Plus, any woman who powers through the day with iced caramel macchiatos and belts “I Will Survive” and “It’s Raining Men” is definitely our kind of people. 🎶☕️💁‍♀️

That’s right — 90’s kids know the OG search engine before Google took over, and our Lauren has earned the nickname fair and square.

Got a question? Lost a form? Need life advice or the meaning of existence?
We don’t Google it. We Ask Jeeves.

Lauren has been our Director of Operations for the past 3.5 years, but let’s be real — she’s also our resident therapist, crisis negotiator, spreadsheet sorceress, and the glue that keeps our work family together. Her ability to juggle it all (without ever breaking a sweat) is nothing short of legendary.

When she’s not streamlining systems or turning chaos into order, you’ll can find her with her hands in the dirt of her garden or around a margarita at her favorite Mexican spot.

She’s a powerhouse — thoughtful, kind, and always looking out for everyone else (probably while reading a new book and saving the world behind the scenes).

We’re lucky to have her, and honestly, we don’t know what we’d do without her.
