Grand Rapids local and established Real Estate Law office in downtown Grand Rapids seeks an Associate Attorney to join our landlord and property management division. Ideal candidate has the strong potential or experience with trial/litigation, mock trial and/or moot court.

Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan (or recently passed the Michigan Bar and will be licensed soon) and otherwise in good standing to practice law and appear in Court.

Associate Attorney will appear in at least 20 District Courts within 13 Counties exclusively in West Michigan (most are remote appearances by Zoom, some travel required). Ideal candidate is 1-5 years experience or a highly qualified recent bar passer and is ready and willing to handle a high-volume of cases with and advocate in Court effectively.

Our office of two experienced attorneys are looking to bring up the next generation of Real Estate attorney that wants to grow with our Firm.

Both W-2 or 1099 earning options available: Salary $50,000+/year + bonuses, or a 1099 ($185/hour min with no earning cap), plus amenities:
