I simply can’t recommend this process enough. It’s better for everyone except the attorneys. We make less money, because there is less conflict, which means it’s much, much better for you.
The collaborative divorce process focuses on cooperation rather than conflict. In a collaborative divorce, both parties work with their own attorneys and other neutral professionals, such as financial advisors or child specialists, to find mutually agreeable solutions. This process emphasizes open communication, respect, and problem-solving, rather than adversarial tactics. By fostering a supportive environment and encouraging negotiation, it allows couples to address their differences constructively, helping them come to agreements on issues like property division, child custody, and support without the need for a contentious court battle.
